Top tips for wellbeing
1. Drink plenty of water- Our bodies are made up of 60% water is is so important to make sure we keep hydrated. This has a positive effect on both body and mind and helps skin flush out the toxins that can build up throughout the day.
2. Make sure you are getting enough sleep- It can be easy to get into a cycle where stress disrupts our sleep which can disrupt our skin. Maintain a good sleep routine, so sleep at least 8 hours a night and this allows skin time to repair itself.
3. Stretch- You could start small by treating yourself to a lovely stretch when you're lying in bed. Wiggle your toes, roll your ankles, and gently lift your arms over your head being mindful of how your body feels. Remember not to be hard on yourself, even 5 minutes of movement taken with love is a win for you and your body.
4. Make time for you- Give yourself a lie in, introduce wellness rituals like trying to get outside at least once in the day, take a hot shower, express self-love by nourishing your body with nutritious food and use products that make you feel nourished, protected and spoilt.
